Cactus Search is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Education division in Manchester. You will build relationships with schools, recruit and support teaching staff, and grow a client portfolio in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will champion safeguarding standards and contribute to improving educational experiences for pupils across the UK. A people-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

• Passion for education; experience in education or sales is a bonus, not a must.
