Job summary

Rockfish is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team at a Rockfish restaurant in the UK. You will work with the General Manager to coach and develop staff, lead by example, and ensure our care, community and connection values are lived daily.

The role includes supervising alcohol service, earning a competitive hourly rate with tips and rewards, and benefiting from ongoing training and career growth within a culture-led, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

The Role

You will have a flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
