Job Title:

Manager, EMEA Sales Operations

Location:

Your Business Sector:

Trimble is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support the Direct Sales function of our AECO business.

This role involves leading sales operations initiatives, fostering stakeholder relationships across Europe, and leveraging expertise in sales strategy, performance, and process improvement. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product GMs, and global teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Leading a regional Sales Operations team, developing strategies, tactics, and technologies to surpass growth targets.
  2. Strategic planning, including market segmentation, territory design, and capacity planning.
  3. Creating and governing metrics dashboards to optimize sales execution and analyze sales health.
  4. Implementing best practices, supporting global initiatives, and optimizing CRM and sales policies.
  5. Partnering on sales compensation and incentive programs aligned with company philosophy.
  6. Leading sales commission process improvements and documentation.
  7. Preparing and presenting executive summaries to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Proven experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or similar in a SaaS environment.
  2. Experience managing successful teams in a matrixed environment.
  3. Relevant degree; MBA preferred.
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel, and data analytics tools.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English.
  6. Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle complex datasets.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and lead cross-functional teams.
  8. Discretion with sensitive information.
Additional Information:

This role is remote but ideally based near one of our UK offices. Regular travel to these locations and occasional international travel to EMEA and the US are required.
