Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we currently have a unique opportunity to add a Sales Manager EMEA - Modular to serve our clients across Europe.

Reporting to the Modular Sales Director, you will serve as the liaison between the client and Anord Mardix. The role will focus on managing the Modular Sales Process and pipeline, working closely with External Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics teams to achieve sales revenue targets, sustainable growth, and company and customer objectives.

What a typical day looks like:

  1. Manage the new enquiry process to assess new business opportunities before responding.
  2. Provide technical and commercial support to clients throughout the enquiry process and engage with clients/consultants to influence the design process.
  3. Produce and present periodic sales reports to inform business decisions.
  4. Create regular sales forecasts using predictive models to identify future trends and potential impacts.
  5. Maintain regular contact with key customers.
  6. Equip sales team members with tools and information to meet objectives.
  7. Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate costing and secure favorable pricing outcomes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role with success in achieving sales targets.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and staff management skills.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking, with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven reporting skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and interact confidently at all management levels.
  • Willingness to travel and be based within the United Kingdom.
