Job summary

Benugo Manchester University is looking for a hands-on Manager to lead service on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of guest care.

You will support the General Manager, deputise when required, and drive performance while safeguarding food safety and team wellbeing.

We are looking for Manager to join our team at Benugo Manchester University

Shifts: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday)

Contract: Full Time

About the Manager role:

• Lead service from the floor to ensure smooth, efficient and consistent operations
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support the team and resolve issues quickly
• Support the General Manager in delivering operational performance across the account
• Deputise for senior management when required
• Identify opportunities to improve service flow, speed and overall efficiency
• Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
• Lead by example, setting the tone for service and customer interaction
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic working environment in line with legal and company standards
