Job summary

Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd partners with a South Yorkshire training provider to recruit an Employability Practitioner Skills Coach. The role will deliver apprenticeship programmes, use blended learning, and support learners through visits and coaching to achieve progression.

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Employability, Learning and Development, Advice and Guidance, Education, Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent.
Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching, Assessing, or Learning and Development qualification (or willingness to work towards) like TAQA, CAVA, AET, or equivalent.
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or supporting individuals within employability or related environments.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach and support learners on apprenticeship programmes.
Ensure delivery of apprenticeship standards and knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Deliver training via blended learning; conduct regular teaching visits to ensure progression.
Support learners to achieve progression and maintain engagement on caseload.
