schuh in London, Stratford is seeking a No2 Deputy Manager to drive a high-performing store team. This 37.5-hour role covers 5 out of 7 days, with development, coaching and KPI-driven targets under the Store Manager.

We have an exciting opportunity for a No2 Deputy Manager to join our store in London, Stratford.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Being a Kids No.2 Deputy Store Manager is as much to do with the newest generation as it is with their parents. By developing and motivating a knowledgeable and passionate team, you can help create a seamless shopping experience for everyone involved.

• Creating exciting new store displays with the freedom to make commercial decisions within our visual merchandising guidelines
