Job summary

schuh in Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird, is hiring a Management Trainee to join our store. This 37.5 hour, 5-out-of-7 days role offers a structured training program to develop retail and people management skills, with the potential to progress into Deputy Manager roles.

You will learn coaching, delivering exceptional service, recruitment and training, and developing commercial decision making within our visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!
