Schuh Inverness is seeking a Management Trainee to kick-start a retail leadership career. You will learn to coach and develop your team, deliver exceptional customer service, and gain hands-on experience across store operations.

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Inverness Park.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days upto 8.30pm.

This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!

• Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
