Job summary

schuh is seeking a Senior Deputy Manager to join our Oxford Circus store. This 37.5-hour role over 5 out of 7 days offers a dynamic environment with leadership responsibilities, coaching teams, and driving store performance.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to set goals, train staff, and ensure an outstanding high-street shopping experience for customers. Ideal candidates are ambitious, energetic, and passionate about footwear and service excellence, with proven leadership in retail.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Deputy Manager to join our store in Oxford Circus!

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Salary is based on candidate experience and store location.

Previous management experience in customer service and/or retail experience is preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
