Job description

Something & Nothing is disrupting the global soda category with a range of award-winning Premium Sodas designed for the modern conscious consumer. Our beverages are available in the US, UK, and Europe and can be found in the world’s best retailers, hotels, cafes, and restaurants. We are seeking someone to support the Management Team, comprising two co-founders and the CFO, in enhancing the executives' productivity, supporting the growth of all team members, and continually improving the company’s organisational culture.

About The Role

As the Management Team Assistant, you will be the backbone of our team, providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with leadership and different departments, assisting with scheduling, communications, office management, event planning, training programs, cultural initiatives, and project coordination.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document management, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage the co-working needs of the team
  • Assist in organising team events, meetings, and off-site activities.
  • Support team members with HR functions, including setting up job adverts, onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and managing key employee days (e.g. birthdays)
  • Help maintain company documentation, ensuring organisation and accessibility.
  • Take on ad hoc projects to support business growth and operational improvements.
  • Arrange all board meetings and other management team meetings
  • Attend board meetings, take minutes and circulate
  • Manage the Shared Drives - ensure they are kept organised and up to date
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks related to investment fund raising, investor relations, and other key projects
  • Identify and manage technology that supports the team with being more efficient, effective and connected
  • Provide support for the finance team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & and company-wide expenses
  • Work with the Management Team on training and culture initiatives
