Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions. These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and analyze financial results to support decision-making. It also includes providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
