Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also includes providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear and concise analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts for the business area, measure & report on progress (cash, P&L, and balance sheet).
• Prepare accurate historic analysis by project (month-end results, KPIs, comparison of actuals to forecasts/budget across cash, P&L, and balance sheet).
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews are conducted for projects within your responsibility, working with the operations team to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
