Management Accountant in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role, working closely with senior finance stakeholders, supports the development of financial forecasts, and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and analysis. It involves providing clear insights into actual and forecasted results for projects, aiding senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
