  • The ability to undertake both routine and more complex accounting work with minimal supervision
  • Previous involvement in finance/accounting system implementation and testing
  • Strong Excel skills, including the practical application of a range of functions
  • A recognised accounting background – part-qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA, AAT qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation

A fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary & Benefits

In return, the organisation offers:

  • £47,000 salary
  • 35-hour working week
  • Excellent contributory pension scheme
  • Healthcare plan
  • 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 30 days with length of service
