Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a reputable housing association in Greater Manchester to recruit an interim Management Accountant. The role focuses on delivering monthly management accounts, financial reporting and supporting decision-making within a not-for-profit setting.

The successful candidate will analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• Strong experience as a Management Accountant.
• Experience working in the not-for-profit or public sectors (ideally social housing but not essential).
• Experience in preparing full management accounts and budgets.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Immediately available to start next assignment.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of £20 - £25 per hour, dependent on the level of experience.
• A hybrid working arrangement for added flexibility.
