You will work in a hybrid setup with both office and home-based days, gaining exposure to diverse engagements and the chance to learn through tailored learning pathways with the support of coaches and a dedicated MS training team.
Managed Solutions (MS) use cutting-edge technology to help companies solve some of their biggest challenges. Our clients span different industries worldwide, we step in to advise when they may be facing crises, having regulatory issues, or overwhelming workloads. Our work might include managing huge numbers of customer complaints for banks, reviewing documents during legal battles, or helping government agencies support people in need.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need? You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027for the Autumn 2027intake. When working in Managed Solutions you'll develop a working knowledge of our clients, industries, markets, and wider commercial environment.
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
