Deloitte UK in London is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Early Careers in Cyber Security. You’ll work across four areas—Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Application Security, and Emerging Technology—on real client projects from day one.
You will be placed on a structured development programme, receive hands‑on training, and gain exposure to industry‑leading tools while collaborating with colleagues and client teams in a hybrid working environment.
In today's rapidly evolving tech landscape, cyber security is really important.
Our Enterprise Security team provides technical expertise to deliver secure and resilient digital products without impacting development timelines. We support our clients to secure their digital solutions by working across four key areas:
Not only do we want our clients to survive in the digital world, but we also want them to thrive by giving confidence to customers, investors and business partners alike.
Whatever your area of focus, you can be sure you'll work with innovative tools, cutting-edge technologies, fascinating industries, and experts from across the Deloitte business.
You'll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.
We have identified 10 core skills that are essential to all our roles in Early Careers. To learn more about these skills and their detailed descriptions, please visit the 'Discover What We Look For' section in our Candidate Zone .
Whether you get involved in the strategic or technical side of Cyber (or both!) you'll be working on all kinds of challenging projects to keep clients safe, secure, and one step ahead. We believe in providing our graduates with a 'live experience' as soon as they land in the business, which means assigning you to a client project and enabling you to engage with Deloitte colleagues and client teams. Tasks will vary across each project, but will include (and are not limited to):
There are additional opportunities to get involved in wider activities such as supporting the delivery of our people strategy, being involved in the graduate induction, or helping out with our other practice management areas. The scope to build out your career goes as far as you want it to.
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you're in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
All our workspaces are accessible, however, if you require further flexibility due to a health condition or caring responsibilities, please discuss this with our team. You can find further information on our parent and carer policies here.
During your first few weeks with the firm, you'll receive training that has been designed to cover the core components of the work the team delivers for clients. Our ambition is to enable all our colleagues from graduate and beyond to achieve their personal and professional goals by providing access to a wide range of quality learning materials and opportunities.
As a new member of the team, you are empowered to become part of a client project and begin understanding and solving complex problems. We will provide support and ongoing training to allow you to learn how to handle confidential information, deliver quality work, and help build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Application deadlines: The closing deadline for this role is 26th October 2026, but we recommend getting your application in as soon as possible. Please note, some of our roles may close before the deadline if we experience high demand.
