Deloitte's Reputation, Crisis and Resilience team in the UK offers graduates the chance to work on high‑impact client projects across finance, retail, pharma and government, helping organisations navigate disruption and build resilience.
You will be embedded in client work from day one, with training, mentoring and a broad range of learning resources, while benefiting from a hybrid work setup and clear progression paths.
Our leading Reputation, Crisis and Resilience (RCR) team supports clients to build resilience to strategic risks, incidents, and crises – while meeting regulatory requirements .
Our clients are some of the largest and most well-known organisations across all industries. Examples include international financial institutions, retail and consumer giants, pharmaceutical companies, public sector bodies and Government departments, global energy providers, and international sporting events.
Our clients operate in an ever-changing, uncertain environment, where their ability to effectively prepare for, and respond to, disruption, risk and opportunity can define their reputation. Whether it be geo-political events, climate change, cyber threats, supply chain risks, political and regulatory change, or new technological innovation, our clients need to navigate shocks, high impact events, and change.
These can be diverse in nature and range from acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, severe weather and health pandemics to share price collapses, IT outages or cyber-attacks, supplier failures, or major international events.
The RCR team sits within our wider Technology & Transformation practice and is growing rapidly. As the largest team of resilience and crisis professionals in the UK, RCR combines deep industry knowledge with business advisory experience and significant technical expertise.
You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
All our work spaces are accessible, however, if you require further flexibility due to a health condition or caring responsibilities, please discuss this with our team. You can find further information on our parent and carer policies here.
During your first few weeks with the firm, you will receive training that has been designed to cover the different areas of the work our team delivers for clients. Our ambition is to enable all our people to achieve their personal and professional goals by providing access to a wide range of quality learning materials and opportunities.
As a new member of the team, you will be empowered to become part of a client project and begin understanding and solving complex problems. We will provide support and ongoing training to allow you to learn how to handle confidential information, deliver quality work, and help build and maintain relationships with key clients.
