Job summary

SecurityHQ in London hybrid role shaping security architectures for SIEM, XDR/MDR, cloud security. You’ll lead discovery, translate requirements into reference designs, and own technical responses for RFIs and proposals.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Delivery, present to CISO/CIO audiences, and drive automation and AI initiatives to speed scoping. Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, CrowdStrike, and Defender is required; certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of security architectures, SOC operations, and attacker techniques (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra, AWS security, CrowdStrike and Tenable.
• "Certifications are a plus".

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Solution Shaping: Lead customer workshops to clarify requirements and define optimal security architectures (SIEM/XDR/MDR, cloud security).
• Solution Design: Convert business needs into reference architectures, scopes, and bills of materials.
• RFPs/Tenders: Own technical responses for RFIs/RFPs, including storyboarding and compliance matrices.
• Demonstrations: Deliver demos and solution plans for Managed Microsoft Sentinel & Defender, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management.
• Commercial Support: Collaborate with Sales on proposals, estimates, and SoWs.
• Partner Enablement: Enable alliances with bid assistance and enablement sessions.
• Executive Communication: Present complex topics simply to CISO/CIO with risk narratives and ROI.
• Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams for high-quality proposals.
• Reusable Assets: Maintain architectures, playbooks, templates.
• Enablement & Mentoring: Coach sales teams and partners; share win themes.
• AI & Automation: Promote automation and AI to accelerate scoping and proposals.
