Job summary

Raven Housing Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Managed Schemes Manager to act as the single point of contact between property owners and Raven for all managed schemes under management contracts. You will oversee contract terms, respond to queries, and coordinate internal teams to ensure performance against contractual requirements.

The role involves monitoring performance, producing reports for property owners, and working with finance and operations to identify risks and drive timely

Qualifications

• Able to interpret management contract terms at an operational level.
• Experience in contract performance management and reporting.
• Experience acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple schemes.
• Collaborative with operational, compliance and leadership teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting resolution.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Timely, accurate responses to internal queries on management contract terms across all managed schemes.
• Timely, accurate responses to external queries including customers.
• Clear, consistent dissemination of contract-related updates to relevant stakeholders, particularly for Osprey BRI schemes.
• Maintenance of records and reporting that support decision-making, auditability, and contract assurance.
• Proactive identification of contract risks, service gaps, or inconsistencies, with evidence of coordinated resolution activity.
