Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Managed Schemes Manager to oversee contractual delivery across a portfolio of schemes for a housing provider. You will act as the main contact for property owners, internal teams and external managers, ensuring contracts are understood and monitored effectively.

The role requires strong contract interpretation, stakeholder engagement and reporting, with hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in the Redhill office.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, property management, contract management or similar customer-facing operational environment.
• Confident interpreting contracts, service agreements or policy requirements at an operational level.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication with internal/external contacts.
• Experience monitoring performance, producing reports and identifying compliance or service-delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for property owners, external contract managers and internal stakeholders for managed schemes.
• Interpret management contract terms and provide clear, accurate advice to internal teams.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements, identify risks or service gaps, and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
• Produce regular reports for property owners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Share contract updates with relevant teams, including Osprey BRI schemes.
• Maintain strong records, reporting and audit trails to support compliance and decision-making.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues, external partners and property owners.
