Raven Housing Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to join the Strategic Portfolio & Change Team. This full-time role (36 hours) offers hybrid working with two office days per week to deliver ambitious programmes and benefit customers.

You will lead delivery from initiation to completion, manage budgets and scope, and report progress to senior leaders. Experience in housing projects and Prince2/PMI certification are desirable.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven project delivery experience, ideally in housing.
• Prince2/PMI certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Visio and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear business cases and project initiation documents and define comprehensive project plans for delivery.
• Work within Raven’s change and project framework with governance reporting cycles and ensure compliance with methodology.
• Keep business stakeholders informed through RAID logs and status reports.
