Job summary

Flotek Group is seeking an experienced Managed Print Engineer to join our print installation and service team across the UK. You will deliver world-class print solutions, maintain service benchmarks, and work closely with the Managed Print Service Manager to drive improvements.

The role requires hands-on and remote troubleshooting, travel to partner sites, and a full UK driving licence. Salary ranges between £26,000 and £32,000 per annum, with EMI Share Equity Scheme and other perks to support

Qualifications

• Experience in a managed print delivery/service role in a technology business.
• Ability to diagnose faults accurately and efficiently.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the UK.
• Candidate must already reside in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Managed Print Service Manager.
• Delivering Managed Print installation projects on time and within budget.
• Hands-on and remote technical troubleshooting.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation for handover to support teams.
• Delivering product training to end users and internally at Flotek.
• Installing 3rd party software applications on partner PC and server devices.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of print management reporting applications at partner sites.
• Mentoring and supporting the growth of aspiring Managed Print Engineers.

As a Managed Print Engineer at Flotek, you will play a pivotal role within our dedicated print installation and service team. You will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of professional print solutions, ensuring that every project is executed to the Flotek standard. Your responsibilities will include not only maintaining and exceeding established service benchmarks, but also actively identifying opportunities for process improvement. Collaboration is at the heart of this role — you will work in close partnership with the Managed Print Service Manager. Your expertise and proactive approach will help shape the future of our managed print services, ensuring our partners consistently receive exceptional support and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Managed Print Service Manager.
• Staying up to date on industry trends and Flotek technologies.
• Delivering world-class service at all times.
• Delivering Managed Print installation projects on time and within budget.
• Communicating with clients and internal project managers.
• Hands‑on and remote technical troubleshooting.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure effective handover to our support teams.
• Delivering product training to end users, as well as internally at Flotek.
• Installing 3rd party software applications to partner PC and server devices.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of print management reporting applications at partner sites.
• Mentoring and supporting the growth of aspiring Managed Print Engineers.

What We Are Looking For

• A positive attitude with a can‑do approach to everything.
• Previous experience in a managed print delivery/service role in a technology business.
• Great technical ability to diagnose faults accurately and efficiently.
• Experience using a CRM to log installation/service notes.
• Be partner focused, with the ability to understand and identify user needs.
• Experience with Konica Minolta and Lexmark desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
• Ability to prioritise personal workload.
• Happy to travel to partner sites across the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Salary dependent on experience, within the range of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
