Pure Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support Production Print equipment across Gloucester and adjacent sites. You will deliver on-site service, installation, and proactive maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Production Print and/or Industrial Print devices.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions.
• IT literacy and basic networking capabilities.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment.
• Carrying out installations and de-installations, ensuring milestones are met.
• Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience.
