We are looking for a confident Male Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Main duties of the job
  1. Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
  2. Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  3. Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  4. Assist with medical and welfare needs and report on them as required

Shear Meadow is a community residential home providing outcome-focused care for adults with learning disabilities, some with challenging behaviors and complex needs.

*Due to the occupational needs and demands of the service, only male applicants with a UK Driving License will be considered*
