Join Dane House in Brighton as a Support Worker to provide care for people with severe learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviours, supporting them to lead full and valued lives and become more independent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist male service users in the most efficient manner.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Deal with challenging behaviours with patience and professionalism.
• Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Strong empathy, caring and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour.
• Willingness to support with personal hygiene and deal with challenging behaviours.
• Reliability, flexibility, and honesty.
• Valid UK driving licence preferred (for community visits).
• Must live in the UK and have the Right to Work; 20-hour Student and Skilled Worker Visas are not accepted.

Working Conditions:

• Location: 52a Dyke Rd Avenue, Brighton, BN1 5LE.
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week, shifts of 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm, weekends on rota.
