Support Worker Role in Supported Living

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Bank Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support.

As a bank support worker, you'll help individuals gain independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Patcham offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance the lives of those we support by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in various activities.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether that’s cooking dinner alone or going on holiday.

We value both experience and the right values. Candidates should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
