Social Care Support Worker

Join our team and enjoy flexible working shifts of 10 hours on Monday and Tuesday nights. We offer various contracted hours to suit your lifestyle, including 28 days off (including bank holidays) and a flexible Holiday Purchase Scheme.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme aligned with Care Certificate Standards, along with dedicated learning and development opportunities. For those new to the sector, we offer Apprenticeships and free training to achieve qualifications in Social Care.

All staff have access to a wide range of free online courses on various topics. We cover the cost of DBS checks prior to employment. Main duties include:

• Implementing individual support plans and activities in a challenging environment.

Personal characteristics:
