Job summary

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Male Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a pupil 1:1 with SEN and complex learning difficulties, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment. Location: Loughton.

Start: 1st September 2026 • Pay: £95-£106/day (DOE). Closing date: 21/08/2026. This role is full-time, long-term and temp-to-perm with CPD and payroll support.

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments.
• Positive, encouraging attitude to help children reach their potential.
• School or youth work experience.
• Previous experience in Care is benefical.
• Confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs.
• Patient, resilient, and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting.
