Job summary

Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Work Planner/Scheduler to plan a multi-skill trades workforce and coordinate property maintenance for our customers. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage field team scheduling, liaise with customers, and ensure repairs and maintenance are delivered to plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or construction administration as a work planner or scheduler.
• Proficient in Outlook and Word.
• Experience with workforce planning software (DRS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan an operational multi-skill trades workforce and schedule property maintenance.
• Maintain contact with field teams and liaise with customers.
• Manage priorities and schedule engineers, staying calm under pressure and using initiative.
• Occasional travel to group offices for meetings and site visits as required.
