Town and Country Housing is seeking a proactive Planner to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance services. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will coordinate works to ensure scheduling aligns with contractual standards and customer expectations.

You will schedule and allocate works to operatives and subcontractors, monitor progress, review diaries with Supervisors, and maintain accurate system records.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and allocating works to operatives and subcontractors, ensuring the right skills are matched to each job and that appointments are planned for maximum efficiency.
• Manage workflows, monitor performance against targets, and ensure all works are completed within agreed timescales.
• Support customer satisfaction by handling queries and complaints, identifying trends, and driving improvements to service delivery.
