Serco Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Operative to deliver scheduled and reactive maintenance across a Warrington-based portfolio. You will perform joinery, plumbing, painting and decorating, and general maintenance, ensuring safety and quality within deadlines.

Role requires willingness to travel across the region with a valid UK driving licence; BPSS clearance is part of the vetting. Company van, tools, and ongoing training are provided as part of the package.

Formación

• Practical, can solve problems and take pride in a job well done.
• Willing and able to travel regionally and across the UK; full UK driving licence required.
• Desirable: experience or qualifications in one or more trades (e.g., joinery, plumbing, painting, decorating, building maintenance) and knowledge of health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across properties, safely and to high standards.
• Complete a range of property repairs including joinery, plumbing, painting and decorating, and general maintenance.
• Record maintenance activities and manage jobs through our systems.
