Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Handyperson/Maintenance Operative to join a responsive repairs team in Warminster. You will carry out general maintenance and repairs in occupied social housing properties, with a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday, and a 1 in 7 weeks on-call rota.

The role requires basic joinery and plumbing skills, good customer service, and the ability to work independently. A DBS check is required, and a UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or as a Skilled Labourer/Maintenance Operative.
• Basic joinery and plumbing skills.
• Good communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A DBS check will be required for this role.
