You will be responsible for:

• Interacting confidently with external contractors to coordinate repairs.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure quality service.
• Maintaining high energy levels and efficiency while juggling tasks.
• Assisting management to keep stores operational by maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Minimizing customer disruption during repairs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Tesco sites are safe and functional for customers and staff.
• Following work schedules to achieve first-time fixes and improve efficiency.
• Sharing best practices with team members.
• Performing general store and property maintenance.
• Using mobile devices for work updates and communication.
• Representing Tesco's core values with a positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Participating in meetings and providing feedback.
• Supporting an inclusive culture.

You will need:

• Experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environments.
• Digital confidence in using tablets and managing emails.
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or relevant trade experience.
• Basic diagnostics skills and electrical safety knowledge.
• Full driving license.
• Health & Safety awareness.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Office 365 knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• City & Guilds Level 3 – Electrical or equivalent.
• Experience with EICR remedial works.

Preferable Qualifications:

• City & Guilds Inspection & Testing.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition.
• MEWP/IPAF Licence.
