Job Description:

Product Support Engineer - MUST BE BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND

MCS Group is partnering with a dynamic Cyber Security focused organisation to find a Product Support Engineer for their Belfast team. This multinational SaaS company values career growth, trust, and flexible working.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot issues across Linux, AWS, databases, and containers
  • Support users via tickets, live chat, and screen sharing
  • Create and update documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalations
  • Work US hours, 2pm-10pm
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and technical curiosity
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, networking, debugging
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bonus: familiarity with SAML, REST APIs, SQL, JIRA, Salesforce
