The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience and general building trade skills. A valid driver’s license is essential, as the company van will be used for fulfilling duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or practical knowledge of tasks.
• General experience in the building trade.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and replace fixtures and fittings.
• Repair buildings and maintain Health & Safety records.
• Check electrical items for safety.
• Maintain company vehicles and external grounds.
• Liaise with contractors for safety compliance.
