Job summary

One Stop Centre for Advice and Resources in Scotland invites applications for a maintenance role that supports building and grounds work across our estate. You will assist with painting, decorating, general repairs, waste and pest control, cleaning vehicles and other routine tasks.

A full UK driving licence is essential; some experience in grounds maintenance, plumbing, painting and decorating, or DIY is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, plumbing, painting & decorating or DIY.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out planned maintenance tasks on buildings and essential services (painting, decorating, repairs, waste control, cleaning vehicles, general duties).
• Assist with unplanned maintenance tasks as required, including after-hours work on occasion.
• Maintain the grounds of the estate: borders, lawns, and overall tidiness.
• Keep Maintenance Shed, vehicles and buildings tidy; store tools safely and correctly.
