Job summary

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a Day Maintenance Engineer for a site in Holborn, London. The role requires an electrical or mechanical/plumbing qualification and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ppm and reactive maintenance across electrical tasks.
• Change lights, sockets, floor boxes and TMV temperature checks.
• Water treatment, basic plant checks, pumps and motors.
• Escort subcontractors and coordinate with other engineers.

Day Maintenance Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a day maintenance engineer based in Holborn. Looking for a electrical or mechanical/plumbing qualification and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties include all ppm and reactive maintenance, this is from electrical, changing lights, moving floor boxes, sockets, temp checks on tmv's, as well as water treatment, basic plant checks, pumps, motors, changing filters and generally help with other engineers and escorting sub contractors.

Hours 8 hours a day 7-4

Salary 43-46K depending on qualifications and experience.
