Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in London is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor / Single Man Site Engineer for a Mayfair contract. The role covers electrical and mechanical building services, with a day shift 08:00-17:00.

You will manage planned and reactive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, while handling log books, supervising contractors, and related paperwork. The ideal candidate is fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with at least five

• Fully qualified in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• City and Guilds qualifications (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Apprentice trained is desirable.

Responsibilities

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance across site.
• Electrical fault-finding and single/three-phase power work.
• Maintain emergency lighting and fire alarms.
• Operate and monitor BMS systems.
• Manage AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps and motors.
• Cover water treatment, tap tests, dosing and tower checks.
• Liaise with contractors and complete necessary paperwork.

Site Maintenance Supervisor / Single Man Site Engineer

This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile contracts Mayfair, London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.

Considering either an Electrical or Mechanical biased engineer, the role will be managing a commercial site as a single man site engineer, working day's, 8-5, Monday to Friday. Day to day you will be covering planned and reactive maintenance to all the electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.

You must be fully qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering, with at least five years commercial building services maintenance experience with the following:
