Qualifications

• Must have electrical or mechanical/plumbing qualification.
• Proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ppm and reactive maintenance tasks in a commercial setting.
• Electrical works include changing lights, sockets, TMV checks, and moving floor boxes.
• Water treatment, basic plant checks, pumps, motors, changing filters, and assisting other engineers and subcontractors.
