Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep a high-precision manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently. You’ll work directly with advanced CNC equipment, automation, and complex electrical and mechanical systems.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairing a range of plant equipment, with opportunities to contribute to uptime and production flow.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and complex control systems.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to perform welding and torch-cutting applications.
• Familiarity with CNC controls or Fanuc/ABB robotics is a plus.
• Ability to work the required shift, overtime, and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility systems
• Diagnose PLCs, controls, motors, panels, relays, and automated equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals
• Install, wire, repair, and prepare new machinery and production equipment
• Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, ventilation systems, and other plant equipment
• Document repairs, maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment issues
