Haven at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our Facilities & Maintenance Hub. You will steer the team, manage budgets, and coordinate external contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and welcoming facilities for guests and colleagues alike.

You’ll drive continuous improvements, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and mentor staff to grow their capabilities. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for guest satisfaction.
