Haven is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our Facilities & Maintenance Hub, directing a team to deliver safe, efficient, and guest-focused maintenance operations. You will manage budgets, coach staff, and coordinate external contractors to uphold Haven’s high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Evening/weekend availability is expected to ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

• Proven experience in Maintenance/Facilities Manager roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll be the driving force behind exceptional maintenance operations for our facilities, continuously improving efficiency, and solving any issues that pop up.
