Job summary

Haven is seeking a hands-on General Maintenance Technician to service our park facilities. You will perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks, responding quickly to maintenance requests and ensuring a safe, well-kept environment for guests.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with on-site work at Haven. Training and career progression, including funded qualifications, are provided along with exclusive team perks.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) is essential.
• Qualifications in any related trade are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance on park facilities and equipment.
• Address minor repairs promptly and diagnose issues to keep facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks to prevent issues and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners or team in a friendly, professional manner.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

We’re looking for a versatile General Maintenance Technician to help keep our park in top shape, creating a comfortable and worry-free stay for our guests.
