Job summary

Haven is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to keep our park facilities in top condition, from plumbing to carpentry and painting. You will inspect, diagnose and address maintenance tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role offers practical training, opportunities for fully funded qualifications, and team perks such as dining discounts and Haven Holidays benefits. A full UK driving license is preferred, and you will join a supportive, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) is essential.
• Residential holiday homes experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks on park facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Address minor repairs promptly, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Conduct routine checks on key facilities and equipment to prevent issues and maintain a safe environment.

• Work closely with the wider maintenance team to provide seamless, high-quality service across the park.
• Keep detailed records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
