• Take full control of spare parts management, budget adherence, and shift planning to support production requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and act as the primary link for maintenance involvement in new product introductions.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on experience with ABB, Siemens TIA Portal, SCA, and Krauss Maffei systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with knowledge of methodologies such as 5 Why and Ishikawa.
• A practical, organised, and self-motivated approach with a focus on driving results and improvements.
