What You Will Do:

- Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver both reactive and planned maintenance activities efficiently.

- Drive improvements by providing hands-on support and fostering a problem-solving culture within the team.

- Oversee and maintain the 'Work Request' and 'Planned Maintenance' systems to ensure seamless operations.

- Ensure compliance with standards by auditing tool trollies and maintaining housekeeping across all maintenance facilities.

- Take full control of spare parts management, budget adherence, and shift planning to support production requirements.

- Collaborate with other departments and act as the primary link for maintenance involvement in new product introductions.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector.

- Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Hands-on experience with ABB, Siemens TIA Portal, SCA, and Krauss Maffei systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with knowledge of methodologies such as 5 Why and Ishikawa.

- A practical, organised, and self-motivated approach with a focus on driving results and improvements.
