You will coordinate maintenance activities, support engineers on the shop floor, and lead fault-finding to maximise production efficiency. The position involves a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights, and commuting from nearby areas.

The Role:

  Supporting and coordinating maintenance activities across a modern manufacturing facility.

  Helping to prioritise planned and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.

  Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights.

The Person:

• 
  An experienced Maintenance Engineer or established Maintenance Team Leader.
• 
  A strong engineering background, ideally with an apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 
  Experience in maintenance and fault-finding within a manufacturing environment.
• 
  Someone with leadership experience or the ambition to step up and take on greater responsibility.
• 
  A proactive individual who enjoys supporting colleagues, solving problems and improving engineering performance.
• 
  Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.
