The successful candidate will lead maintenance activities in a modern manufacturing facility, coordinate engineers, and drive improvements while working a 4 on 4 off days/nights pattern.

Qualifications

• An experienced Maintenance Engineer or established Maintenance Team Leader.
• Strong engineering background, ideally with an apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance and fault-finding within a manufacturing environment.
• Someone with leadership experience or the ambition to take on greater responsibility.
• A proactive individual who enjoys supporting colleagues, solving problems and improving engineering performance.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and coordinating maintenance activities across a modern manufacturing facility.
• Helping to prioritise planned and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Providing technical support and guidance to engineers on the shop floor.
• Supporting fault-finding and problem-solving to maintain production efficiency.
• Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights.
• Earning £55,000-£57,000 plus overtime, with excellent training and career development opportunities.
